VILLAGE HOME DESIGNS

Goldbranch Village has been designed in a rural Mediterranean style complimentary to the rolling hills of Boulder.  A Tuscan theme is emphasized in Goldbranch Village, and these ten building envelopes are designed to encompass the majority of the half-acre lots on which they sit. Interior courtyards within each domicile create a private outdoor living area, while perimeter balconies surround the exterior. At the heart of Goldbranch Village, a quaint park, walking path, and bocce courts surround the Village Center and impart a sense of community. Village Homes are required to have similar exterior appointments, including stone, roof tiles and other architectural features to provide the charm of a true European village.

Goldbranch Village will host homes built in a style complementary to, but with exterior appointments that differ from, the Estates homes. The Village, the Gatehouse, the landscaping and site features – all are designed with Old World European architecture in mind. These structures will set the theme for the materials, construction detailing, colors, and attention to detail that defines Goldbranch. For example, Casa Caserma on lot 6 is a Tuscan-style Estate Home, with exterior details that distinguish it from the Village Homes. Other examples of Estate home styles are French Country and English Manor
